Catch Up!

Wow A lot has happened in the last Month. So let's just start with this last weekend we went up to Otter Creek with Buddy's Family. Everyone was there except for Mandy and her little Fam. We froze our buns off and did a lot of casting an dnot so much fishing. Buddy caught the only fish of the day and it was a really nice Rainbow trout.

The kids all had a ton of fun catching crawdads and just playing on the beach!

This is Beau's cute little St. Patric's Day hat that they made in pre-school. He is doing so good in school, and we just had his Kindergarten registration and he did so good he knows all his Letters big and small and all their sounds so we are excited for him to go to school!!

It was Bays birthday on St. Patty's day.

I did her hair in a cute little clover and had her all decked out in green. We took her to lunch at the dairy freeze and made a big deal out of it she felt like queen of the day.

We had a little joint birthday with Bay and Beau with all of Buddy's Family Aunt Chelly and Unkle Gary came too with their kids it was so much fun. We had Sloppy joes and Salads and cake and Ice Cream! Good times we love all our Family and appreciate all their love and support.

Megan and Trevor and Kash came to visit in the middle of the month and that was fun too! Kash was ready to move right in with all these kids to entertain him! He rode the horse and jumped on the trampoline and LOVED the MEOW! W love them and wish we could see them more! We also went up to my Dad and Debs and had a little Bithday party for the kids up there they reall are so spoiled! Thanks again everyone!! Love ya!

Arizona Trip!! 90 Degree Weather!!

WOW! We had such a great time in AZ. last weekend! The kids and I, my Mom Megan, and Kash all went down to Mesa to visit my Grandparents. We had some pretty crappy hands of pinochle but we still had fun!! We went to the World Wildlife Zoo and aquarium while we were there and had the time of our lives there you probably could've left Megan and I there for the rest of our lives and we would fit right in!!

This is us feeding the Giraffes.

We had a blast in the petting zoo and Megan got a little carried away making out with the Llamas. He was pretty cute Megan. However I might go for the monkeys less maintenance with the pretzels!

Had to get a shot of the Kangaroos for Buddy, takes him back to the good old Missionary days.

We got to feed the sting rays, it was soo weird but an experience that we won't soon forget!!

Bay got a little freaked out by this one he came at her as fast as he could to get the food from her so she dropped it!

We got to go in and feed the birds. They would land on you and eat the apples right out of your hand. It is really hard to see but there is a bird right on the top of Beau's head in this picture. It was hilarious! So much fun!

Beau and Luke in the petting zoo!

Bay with a brand new baby goat.

Megan and Bay with a baby deer.

The kids just hangin' out.

Kash teaching Bay how to play the piano.

Luke is so hot he takes after his Daddy!!

Luke and Kash playing the drums.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous while we were there!! between 80 and 90 the entire time! The kids loved it and played outside almost the entire time! When they weren't fighting over the Wii. We are so grateful to Grandma Jeri and Grandpa Jim for letting us invade them with all our kids, and there not so patient Mom. We love them so much!

We love coupons!

OK, I know that I haven't always been a frugal person but you know.... times are tough. SO, I have really gotten into the whole sale watching, coupon cutting, money saving thing you know!!! So I was so proud of my self today I went to Albertson's sale to day and got all this food, 9 boxes of cereal, 10 loaves of Grandma sycamore bread, 6 boxes of Betty Crocker fruit snacks, and 5 warm delights deserts all for ...................$27 I saved $78 It was awesome!!! I walked out of there feeling this total rush!!! This has been really fun and I just hope that even when business picks up and I can be smart and save all that money!!!

Bay's Pioneer project!

The third graders have to do a pioneer project every year. I think it is really neat this community really makes sure that the kids think about our heritage and they do all kinds of things to remind them of it! So we decided to do homemade soap for her project, so this is Bay stirring the lye and the water.

You mix that with lard.

Then you have to cook it for two hours. I don't think she really thought I would make her do it but I did and she loved it as you can tell!!!!! Memories.....

Valentines Day!!

OK I know that We are like way past Valentines Day but I haven't updated our Blog FOREVER!! Anyway, Buddy got me these beautiful flowers. They are still so beautiful today almost all of the Lillie's have opened up now! Roses would've been dead by now so I love my flowers! We went to dinner with the kids and Lloyd and Linda in Cedar. It was a great day!

Vegas trip!

A few pics before we went to church on Sunday. All the kids looked so good and I really hadn't taken very many pics while we were there so I couldn't resist!

We always have a blast with Scott and Monica when we are there!! They really are more like family than friends! The kids had a blast too, Beau and Luke got pretty dang good on their Wii and they are obsessed with bowling now!

They fed us so good too!! We had some awesome steaks that Monica Marinated and I'm pretty sure Scott cooked! They also took us to a great Italian restaurant and we had some yummy Italian Ice cream! Thanks to Scott and Monica for showing us such a great time and being such great friends!!

Week of fun!

We have had a dang fun week this last week My Dad and Deb came down to visit on Saturday and Meg and Trevor and Trevor's Bro Matt came Sunday.
Dad left Monday and Megan and Trevor (we thought they would never leave) Ha, HA, stayed for New Year's and left Thursday. We played games, Deb taught me how to make her delicious rolls, and that I need to pay a little more attention when I do, and Buddy Trevor and Matt had a blast bunny hunting. Buddy brought one home and cooked it up for them so we made sure to take pictures of them all enjoying their hillbilly dinner!! Welcome to Parowan!! We had a blast and are sad that it is all over and we will probably sleep for a week now to recover! Come again!!!!

Trip up North

I just had to put this on our blog. On the 13th of December we were able to go up north to be a part of my Sisters Special Day! Megan was sealed to her sweet little family in the Bountiful Temple. It was such an awesome experience to be there with all of our family and have them bring sweet little Kash into the room dressed in white! This was also the first time I had ever been in the temple with my Grandparents, so that made it really special too! I just wanted to let Trevor and Megan know how proud of the I am and they are awesome!

Our Christmas!

We had a great Christmas this year!!! The kids got everything they asked for and then some. Beau and Luke got Skateboards, a leapster and a Vmotion. Baylee got a camera and a scooter.

We have a family tradition with all the Millett clan to go up to the mountains and cut down our tree. It has been so much fun to do and this year we got a pretty good one!
